Phoenix Designated as Provider for Mexico Show |
Port Elizabeth, NJ February 25 , 2005 |
Consolidating its position as an emerging player in the trade show logistics industry, New York metro-based Phoenix International Business Logistics, Inc. is starting off 2005 with new business for its newly inaugurated Chicago branch office. Strategically located to service the nation’s largest convention center, the Elk Grove Village office is also charged with expanding global business under the leadership of industry veteran Frank Rettig. Rettig is already delivering on the promise of the Chicago office’s global potential by securing an official designation for the company as one of the official trade show logistics providers for Expo Industrial 2005 slated for the Mexican city of Hermosillo April 6-8. Expo 2005 is a key international trade show for industrial equipment used in automotive, construction, mechanical and other industries. Phoenix will be one of the few designated trade show logistics providers to offer customs brokerage in addition to freight forwarding services at Expo Industrial 2005. The former USA Manager of Panalpina, Inc. and also past President of Atlanta-based LION Exhibition Freight, Rettig was recruited to develop new business in the Chicago-area trade show market and is also responsible for servicing present Phoenix customers at the global level. |
